  • Satellite Lymphovascular Space Invasion (LVSI) was the most important predictor of disease-free survival (DFS) and overall survival (OS) in early stage cervical cancer, particularly when lymph nodes were negative.

Study Design
  • The study included 210 patients with FIGO stage IA2 and IB1 cervical cancer who underwent radical hysterectomy or radical trachelectomy with pelvic lymphadenectomy between 2000 and 2012.
