Men who suffer from erectile dysfunction may want to eat some more blueberries, according to a new study in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition. Researchers followed over 25,000 middle-aged men for 10 years and found that about 35 percent of them developed erectile dysfunction. Among those who consumed more flavonoid-rich foods (i.e. superfoods), researchers observed an 11 to 16 percent reduction of ED in men under 70, the New York Times Wellness Blog reported.


Experts quoted in the Chicago Tribune said that men in the study who were more likely to consume flavonoid-rich foods, fruits, and vegetables were also less likely to drink, smoke, and were more likely to exercise. They cited all these lifestyle factors as known protective factors against ...
